With close to three decades of dedicated experience in physical therapy, I have had the privilege of helping countless individuals achieve optimal health and peak performance. My journey has been driven by a passion for functional movement, a deep understanding of the mind-body connection, and a commitment to purposeful living.
Throughout my career, I have honed my expertise in a wide range of therapeutic modalities, including sports therapy, orthopedics, neurological rehabilitation, Pilates, and raw functional training. These specialties allow me to offer comprehensive care tailored to the unique needs of each individual, whether they are recovering from injury, managing chronic conditions, or striving to enhance their athletic performance.
As an athlete myself, I understand the demands of physical training and the importance of maintaining a balanced, resilient body. My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that true healing and strength come from a harmonious integration of mind and body. I focus on promoting functional movement, as well as preventative injury.
We offer a wide range of physical therapy services, including orthopedic rehabilitation, sports injury treatment, and post-operative care. Our goal is to help our clients regain their strength, mobility, and independence.
